Kacee Hoffer - Club Director
Kacee has been in the sport of diving for near 20 years. She grew up in youth diving in the East Valley and earned a scholarship to dive for Boise State University.
After receiving three All Mountain West honors, several All-American Honorable Mentions and a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, she moved back to the valley to further her studies at Arizona State University in Health Promotion. She has coached for Parks and Recreation, Youth Dive Clubs and Corona Del Sol High School.
David Hoffer - Head Coach
David was a multi-sport athlete including swimming, gymnastics, and wrestling before he found his passion in the sport of diving. Starting his freshman year of high school, he worked hard to earn a scholarship to dive for Arizona State University. In his five years on the Sun Devil team, he received multiple All-American Honorable Mentions, Pac-12 honors, Pac-12 All-Academic and the Ward O’Connor Most Valuable Men’s Diver Award.
David recently completed his own diving career. He competed in the 3-meter Men’s Individual Competition at the USA Diving Olympic Team Trials in 2021 against the best in the country.
Isabella Meyers - Assistant Coach
Isabella (Bella) was a multi-sport athlete throughout high school, including diving both club and for Corona Del Sol High School when she started coaching at South Mountain Dive Club. Her background includes cheerleading, and gymnastics.
Claire Hartley - Guest Coach
Claire Hartley is a Nebraska native with around 10 years of coaching experience between gymnastics and diving. She attended the University of Iowa and was a member of their diving team. She graduated with a bachelors in communication studies and event management and now serves as the programs and events coordinator at the Chandler Chamber Commerce.
