Pre-Team
Pre-Team is a Winter and Spring recreational opportunity available for divers that want to be more involved in diving.
The Pre-team group is focused on progressing skill development, fundamentals and board-work techniques on the 1-meter and 3-meter in a fun and safe environment. All divers are required to have a current AAU Membership. This is a $20 yearly fee that runs from September-August that can be completed at https://www.diveaau.org.
Divers in this group can choose between coming to practice 1, 2 or 3 days per week. When registering you will be asked to declare which day(s) your diver will be at practice. Makeup days or practice day changes must be communicated and approved by your diver’s coach. This is a 12 week commitment that will be structured in the Winter and the Spring.
During the winter months the dive tank is heated. We also keep heated water in buckets that sit outside the pool to keep the divers as warm as possible. We recommend that each diver bring a shammy and towel to practice to help dry off.

Steps to participate in Pre-Team:
Complete at least one session of the Learn to Dive Lessons with a progress report showing level 4 skills.

Pay One-Time $50 Registration Fee
We will email you to confirm practice days and send you an invoice that will set up autopay.
